  Option B:  Preschool/Camp Pay - Flat Rate
             $120.00 (up to 20 children)
            $150.00 (up to 30 children)
            $200.00 (up to 40 children)
            $250.00 (up to 50 children)*

*Over 50 Children - Inexpensive Flat Rate Plans
