***All Fundraisers are In studio or At Your Location***

$50 non-refundable deposit is required to hold your event date. 

All art supplies provided

**Must have 15 paid reservations 1 week prior to event date or 20 for off-site.

 

Canvas Paint Night Fundraisers

*You determine your ticket upcharge, we suggest adding on $10 - $20 pp.

 

1.) Step By Step Option:  *$25 per person + your profit

  • You pick the date, painting and amount you want to charge for tickets. 

  • Select an end date for reservations - at least 1 wk prior to event date. 

  • You design a flyer to print, email, post and distribute. 

  • Collect receipts/payments and keep us posted on a seat count.

  • Our artist will take everyone step-by-step through how to paint their painting.

2. Open Paint with Templates Option:  *$25 per person + your profit

  • You pick the date and amount you want to charge for tickets.

  • Select up to 3 paintings from our Gallery for your guests to choose from

  • We will provide a flyer with your choices to distribute

  • Keep us posted on a seat count and painting choices per person

  • We will have all canvases prepped with outlines for each persons painting choice.

  • Our artists will help with your group and provide assistance throughout.  ​

3.) Family Canvas Paint with Templates:  *$18 per person + your profit

  • You pick the date and amount you want to charge for tickets.

  • Select up to 3 paintings from our Gallery for your guests to choose from

  • We will provide a flyer with your choices to distribute

  • Keep us posted on a seat count and painting choices per person

  • We will have all canvases prepped with outlines for each persons painting choice.

  • Our artists will help with your group and provide assistance throughout

Wood Sign Fundraisers

Wood Sign Paint Night Fundraiser:  Starting at $30 per person + your profit

  • You pick the date and amount you want to charge for tickets.

  • Select a sign design from our Wood sign Gallery

  • We will provide a flyer with your choice to distribute

  • Keep us posted on a your seat count

  • We will have all signs prepped and ready to stain & paint.  

  • Our artists will help with your group and provide assistance throughout

Pottery Paint Night Fundraisers

Pottery Painting Family Fun Nights - In studio or your location 

  • Pick a date and amount you want to charge for tickets.  

  • We will assist you in picking a few pottery options to offer (cost is based on selections).

  • We will provide you with a flyer to distribute and keep us posted on your count

  • Our pottery doesn't require firing, so your guests will take home same night!  

In Studio Pottery Open Paint:

  • Pick a date for your group to come in.

  • Everyone will choose what they want to paint from our pottery shelves.

  • We will assist with paints, ideas and techniques.

  • Our pottery doesn't require firing, so your guests will take home same night!  

  • Your group will get 20% of the total sales. 

Family Fun Passes

Will we donate the passes to your organization.  Fundraising Family Fun Passes have five pre-paid studio fees good for kids or adults.

You can sell the Fundraising Family Fun Passes at a profit of your choice (they are valued at up to $30).

Your group keeps the profits and those who buy the Fundraising Family Fun Passes will enjoy pre-paid *studio fees. It is a great way to earn money for your group and let your supporters have some fun.
